1. Data controller

Nordisk Handel och Utveckling AB (company reg. no. 559065-4108), which operates Ravly, is the data controller for the processing of personal data on this website. Contact us at Support@playravly.com with any questions about your data.

2. What data we process

  • Contact form: name, email address, subject, your message and the time of submission.
  • Newsletter: email address, your consent and the time of sign-up.
  • Cookies: your choice in the cookie banner is stored locally in your browser.

We never ask for national ID numbers, payment details or sensitive personal data through the website.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

  • To reply to you: legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send us yourself.
  • Newsletter: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Necessary cookies: legitimate interest in keeping the website working.

4. How long we keep the data

Contact messages are kept for as long as the matter is active, at most 24 months. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

5. Where the data is stored

The data is stored in a database with our provider Supabase, on servers within the EU/EEA. Access is restricted through row level security (RLS): forms on the website can only create new records and never read existing data. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing and is never sold.

6. Your rights

  • The right to access information about the data we hold about you.
  • The right to have inaccurate data corrected.
  • The right to erasure and to restriction of processing.
  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
