Terms of use

Ravly is an app with social party games intended for entertainment in private settings. The service is provided by Nordisk Handel och Utveckling AB, Swedish company registration number 559065-4108.

Ravly is intended for people aged 18 or older. By using the service you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

Alcohol is always optional and every game can be played completely sober. You are responsible for your own choices and for never putting yourself or others at risk. Skip anything that feels wrong. That is always fine. See also our responsible play guidelines.

• Use Ravly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not use the service to harass, threaten or offend anyone.
• Do not attempt to circumvent security features or purchase checks, or disrupt the service.
• Do not copy or republish the content without our written permission.

Three games are free: Never Have I Ever, Most Likely and Would You Rather. The other games are premium and are unlocked with one-time purchases in the app. No purchase is a subscription.

• Single premium game: unlocks only the purchased game. Does not remove ads.
• Party Favorites: a fixed bundle of five specific games: Secret Vote, Truth or Dare, Hot Seat, Who Said It? and Secret Missions. Removes ads permanently.
• All Access: unlocks the premium catalogue covered by the purchase at the time of purchase, currently all 23 premium games. Removes ads permanently.

Swedish App Store prices are 23 SEK, 79 SEK and 149 SEK respectively. The price shown in the app's store before you confirm is the one that applies. The purchase is made through the store under its terms, and the store handles payment, receipts and any refunds.

A purchase gives access to the scope stated when it is sold. All Access is a one-time purchase of the scope sold, not a promise of every future game or perpetual access to online services. We do not remove paid content arbitrarily, but individual games may need to be changed or replaced for technical or legal reasons. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

• An unlock is tied to the store account that made the purchase.
• If you switch devices, use Restore purchases in the app. It requires an internet connection and the same store account.
• Purchases do not automatically transfer between different Apple accounts or between iOS and Android.
• Ad removal applies to Party Favorites and All Access. Single purchases do not remove ads.

The Ravly brand, logo, design, game content and proprietary code belong to Nordisk Handel och Utveckling AB and are protected by copyright and other applicable law. The app also contains third-party components used under their respective licences.

If you send us ideas, feedback or suggestions, we may use them to develop the service without any obligation to compensate you. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee that the service, rooms or purchase systems will always be free from interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of Ravly.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on the website. Swedish law applies and disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
